“Group Lesson West Coast” is meant to have you in the water as maximum as possible and improve your surf skills as much as possible.

Ages 14+ / 12+ (with parents)

Please notice the Expected Time to start and finish might change in order to adapt to the surf forecast and tide time.

It’s a typical surf lesson where you can expect:

• Group warm-up to get the body ready for action
• Surf and Safety briefing adapted to your previous surf experience
• Sand practice with useful exercises to improve your technics
• Surf action with goals, tips, and corrections

Included:
All the required surf gear, local and certified surf coaches, insurance, transportation both ways from Praia da Rocha to the Western Algarve (and all the locations in between…)

What to Bring

Water, light snack, swimsuit or extra underwear (to use under the wetsuit), sunblock, a good night’s rest.
