North Coast & Wine Taste

Explore the wild beauty and rural charm of Madeira’s north coast on an exclusive 4 x 4 tour. Departing from Funchal, this 8-hour journey takes you through stunning landscapes, picturesque villages, and unique local flavors.

This Land Rover tour is a journey through the authenticity of Madeira’s north coast. Departing from Funchal, we explore picturesque villages like Santa Cruz and Porto da Cruz, where the tradition of sugar cane and the famous rum come to life. In Santana, the iconic thatched-roof houses and trails through the Laurissilva Forest transport you to a world of natural beauty.

At the Boca das Voltas viewpoint in São Jorge, the views are breathtaking, and lunch in Arco de São Jorge, by the sea, is a moment of pure relaxation. The afternoon brings a unique experience at Quinta do Barbusano in São Vicente, where a guided tour of the vineyards and a tasting of 6 wines (3 whites, 1 rosé, and 2 reds) fill your palate with local flavors. For the little ones, there’s a children’s tasting with juices and snacks.

Combining nature, culture, and gastronomy, this tour is the perfect way to explore the diversity of Madeira. Ideal for families, groups of friends, or travellers looking for an authentic and memorable experience.
