About
The most frequently observed species of small cetaceans are the Common Dolphin (Delphinus delphis), the Bottlenose Dolphin (Tursiops truncatus) and the Harbour Porpoise (Phocoena phocoena) for much of the year. There are other species that may also be sighted, such as Risso’s Dolphin (Grampus griseus), the Striped Dolphin (Stenella coeruleoalba) and the Orca (Orcinus orca).
Occasionally we can observe whales on their migratory route, the most frequent species – whose sightings increased in 2012 – being the Minke Whale (Balaenoptera acutorostrata) and the Fin Whale (Balaenoptera physalus).
Note
All our activities are suitable for the whole family; however, this specific Dolphin Watching trip is not suitable for children under 3 years of age, pregnant women or people with bone or spine problems or recent surgery.
We are entirely at your disposal to provide you with a comfortable and safe trip. We recommend warm clothing, even in summer, a bottle of water, sun cream and well-packed photographic equipment (the vessel/passenger insurance does not cover damage to or loss of valuables).
