• The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
• Pregnant women should seek medical advice before booking (limited to no medical assistance can be performed on-board).
• Wildlife spotting cannot be guaranteed.
• Guests should understand their duty to exercise reasonable care for their own safety both while boarding and being on-board the yacht.
• The activity is subject to availability.
• The activity is subject to favorable maritime conditions (if cancelled due to weather conditions, you will be given the option of an alternative date, a voucher or a refund).
• We will reimburse the full amount including the booking fee, in case of cancellation upon the decision of On Tales. Otherwise, it is not possible for On Tales to support that cost and therefore, the booking fee will not be reimbursed.
• Children under 18-years-old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
