The Coffee Science Centre is a unique space in Europe of around 3,500 m², where the unifying theme is sharing and spreading knowledge about coffee culture. A journey into the world of coffee from plant to cup. A space that stands out for its interactivity — informative, educational, cultural and scientific — where visitors can find answers to all kinds of coffee-related questions.

Demonstration

At the CCC, visitors have the opportunity to join one of our coffee demonstrations or tastings, where we reveal basic techniques of coffee sensory evaluation, preparing coffee drinks and latte art. These experiences are led by our baristas.

Entry time

Weekday demonstrations take place at 12:00 and 16:00; at weekends at 12:00. We recommend starting your visit 30 minutes before the demonstration time.

Language

The demonstration will be held in Portuguese; if available, the barista can also hold the demonstration in English or Spanish.
If there are several nationalities, the demonstration will be held in the language most visitors understand.
