Itinerary

The day begins towards Nordeste along the island’s north coast. The first stop will be at Ribeira dos Caldeirões, where you can delight in the magnificent ‘Véu da Noiva’ waterfall and visit the traditional watermills.

Passing through the pleasant town of Nordeste towards the magnificent garden that is the Ponta do Sossego viewpoint and then the Ponta da Madrugada viewpoint.

Lunch in the town of Povoação (where the island’s first settlers settled) and a visit to its historic centre.

Return to Ponta Delgada along the south coast.
