• Clients must be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour’s scheduled time.

• At the start of our tours, a safety briefing will be given.

• The boat must depart at the scheduled time; it is not possible to wait beyond the start time.

• On our tours, all clients are entitled to a soft drink and savoury snacks
• On shared tours, clients are not permitted to bring their own food and drink.
• In the case of private tours, if clients decide to bring their own drink or food, a cleaning fee of 50,00 € will be charged.
