The olive grove, visit to the mill and olive oil tasting

The Monterosa Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in a 15-hectare olive grove in Moncarapacho, located in the Sotavento region, in the Algarve.

The olives are meticulously hand-picked and quickly transported to our mill, where they are crushed between granite millstones, in a mechanical process dating back to Roman times.
