⏱️ Duration & Format
Full-Day Immersive Experience: This premium activity is structured as a full-day ocean journey, including our bespoke pick-up and drop-off logistics.
Total Structured Coaching (Approx. 3 Hours): Our professional methodology is meticulously divided into sand-based technical preparation and dedicated in-water practice:
Phase 1: Elite Sand Training (Approx. 1 Hour): A vital segment featuring ocean safety analysis, wave-reading mechanics, a surf-specific dynamic warm-up, and intensive dry-land simulation to master the technical movement of standing up (the pop-up).
Phase 2: First Water Session (1 Hour): Guided entry into the ocean for real-time practice, positioning adjustments, and individual wave catching with your coach.
Phase 3: Recovery Break (15–20 Minutes): A brief, strategic beach break to hydrate, rest the muscles, and conduct a quick tactical performance review.
Phase 4: Second Water Session (1 Hour): Return to the lineup to apply the technical adjustments, consolidate your muscle memory, and maximize your progression.

🎒 What to Bring (Preparation Checklist)
To maximize your comfort during a full day at the nature reserve, we highly recommend bringing:
Swimwear (to wear under the wetsuit) and a high-quality beach towel.
Professional reef-safe sunscreen (high SPF).
Hydration & Nutrition: A large bottle of water, fresh fruit, and energy-dense snacks for the recovery break.

Booking & Group Policy (Important Notes)

Minimum Participant Policy: To ensure operational viability and cover transport costs, our public group lessons require a minimum of 3 participants to run.

Your Guarantees: In the rare event that the minimum group size is not met, or if ocean conditions are deemed unsafe by the Head Coach, you will be offered 3 immediate choices:

1. Reschedule to another available day,
2. Upgrade to an exclusive Private Lesson (subject to availability and price adjustment),
3. Receive a 100% full refund immediately.

Minimum Age: Online bookings are strictly restricted to participants aged 12 and older. If you wish to register a younger child (minimum age 6), you must contact us directly prior to booking to evaluate group compatibility and the specific ocean forecast for that day.

Swimming Competence: Confident swimming abilities and complete comfort in open, dynamic ocean waters are mandatory. This activity is not suitable for non-swimmers.

Physical Health Conditions: Participants must be in good physical health and free from any medical restrictions (such as severe back, neck, or heart issues) or recent surgeries that could compromise safety in the waves. Please notify your coach of any medical conditions (e.g., asthma, allergies) before entering the water.

Personal Belongings & Valuables: For safety and liability reasons, all personal belongings, backpacks, and valuables must be taken with you down to the beach. The school does not store valuables inside the transport vehicles during the lesson.

Alcohol & Misconduct: To guarantee the safety of the group, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the consumption of alcohol or drugs prior to the activity.
