Olive Harvest Experience

Usually at the end of October the long-awaited olive harvest begins. You will be able to participate in the harvesting process and even taste our monovarietal olive oils that make us very proud.

You will also be invited to enjoy a lunch where the menu is designed and harmonized with our great hosts, our olive
oils and wines.

• 10:30 AM: Welcome with traditional corn broa and cured
• olives
• 11:00 AM: Walk through the olive grove and participate
• in the harvest
• 12:30 PM: Tasting of new olive oils from Pacheca Group
• 1:30 PM: Lunch with a 4-course harmonized menu:

• Starter: Warm octopus roll with orange paprika slices drizzled with olive oil
• Fish: Cod confit in olive oil on a bed of gravanços puree
• with olive sauce and ham powder
• Main Course: Lemon sorbet with olive oil
• Meat: Pork cheek with Porto wine sauce over asparagus
• migas with olives and toast soaked in olive oil
• Dessert: Dark chocolate sphere with black olives wrapped in sliced almonds and red fruit sorbet
