After the shepherd walk, the experience continues inside a traditional cheese dairy, where you will discover how fresh goat cheese is made using age-old techniques and local ingredients. Using milk from the herd you’ve just walked with, you’ll take part in a hands-on workshop and learn the essential steps of artisan cheese production — from curd formation to shaping your own fresh cheese.

This 3.5-hour experience blends nature, culture, and gastronomy, offering a genuine insight into sustainable rural life in central Portugal.
