We start our journey with comfort and convenience, with pick-up at your hotel in central Lisbon. The first stop is in Évora, an iconic site of Alentejo wine tourism, where you will be welcomed for a guided visit with wine tasting. The “Winemaker for a Day” experience includes exclusive activities: you will bottle your own wine, create a personalised label and take home a unique keepsake, along with a T-shirt and a diploma. After this sensory experience, the group will have free time for lunch in Évora, full of history and rich gastronomy. In the afternoon, a guided walk around Évora follows, with time to explore emblematic places such as Giraldo Square, the Roman Temple and the centuries-old streets. The tour includes entry to the Church of São Francisco and the Chapel of Bones, one of the most impressive monuments in Portugal.

We end the day with the return to Lisbon, taking home unique memories of an authentic experience in the heart of the Alentejo.
