关于此体验
埃武拉(Évora)
Immerse yourself in Évora, one of the oldest and most charming cities in Portugal, with more than 2,000 years of history. Known as the museum city, it flourished as a centre of knowledge and the arts.
Start our tour at Giraldo Square, the architectural heart of Évora, which brings together Moorish, Renaissance and Gothic wonders. In your free time, enjoy regional delicacies.
The next stop is the Temple of Diana, one of the most important Roman structures, with an impressive façade made up of fourteen granite columns. The Chapel of Bones, although unsettling for some, holds the relics of 5,000 monks from the 16th century, including two intact bodies.
Lunch will be served at a leading local restaurant.
Next, we will visit the 18th-century Évora Cathedral, which offers a panoramic view of the city from its tower.
Try some of the best wines of the region at a local farm, famous for the exceptional wines of the Alentejo.
On the way back to Lisbon, we will stop at Arraiolos, known for its grand castle walls and its famous carpets. Watch artisans at work — an opportunity to buy a unique keepsake.
