Porto – Small-Group Sunset Cruise on the Douro River with Port Wine

Set sail on a relaxing sunset cruise along the Douro river with the most stunning views of the banks of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia.
Over two hours, far from the bustle of the city, you’ll have the chance to pass by various monuments and landmarks aboard a sailing yacht or catamaran (with capacity for 12, 16 or 18 people).
The highlight of this route is finishing with the sunset over the Atlantic Ocean!

Duration

This experience lasts 2 hours, with check-in 15 minutes before the start of the cruise. In the event of delays, BBDouro reserves the right to start the cruise at the scheduled time.

About

Departing from Douro Marina, we’ll sail along the stunning landscape of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. Along the way, you’ll have the chance to see some emblematic landmarks such as the Arrábida Bridge, the old market (Alfandega), the Port wine cellars and the Luiz I Bridge.

Note: Clients are allocated to the different boats at random, and it is not possible to specify any preference at the time of booking. We will not split up groups.

Please take city traffic into account and make sure you arrive in time for the cruise.
On arrival at Douro Marina, please go to the gate of pier D and wait for one of the skippers, identified by their BBDouro kit, to check you in and escort you to the boat.

Our boats are equipped with a WC, a Bluetooth speaker, WiFi, blankets and a sheltered seating area in case of rain or strong wind.

The vessels advertised on this cruise are not suitable for clients with reduced mobility.
