The Opening of the Talhas is the high point of the long journey of artisanal production of Vinho de Talha. It represents the culmination of a year of intense work in the vineyard and the winery, and is the moment everyone looks forward to most.

Join us in the month of Vinho de Talha, watch the opening of a Talha live, taste the new wine straight from the large clay pots, and accompany the experience with a variety of snacks and cante alentejano.

This experience includes:

• Tasting glass of talha wine
• Guided visit to the Adega-Museu Cella Vinaria Antiqua
• Talha Opening session with tasting of the new wine
• Tasting of 3 other Honrado Talha wines:
• Vinho Novum Tinto
• Vinho Novum Branco
• Vinho Novum Palhete
• Tasting of 5 Alentejan snacks:
• Chestnuts
• Cheese
• Charcuterie
• Bread
• Olives
• Seasonal dessert: Roasted quince with cinnamon
• Cante Alentejano
