Winemaking Experience in the Dão – Blend & Bottle Your Own Wine

Discover the essence of the Dão wine region with a hands-on Creative Winemaking Experience in Nelas, Viseu, set in a modern winery surrounded by 42 hectares of vineyards in the heart of one of Portugal’s most historic wine regions.

This immersive experience invites you to explore the rebirth of the “New Dão”, where tradition meets innovation. You’ll gain insight into the full viticultural journey — from vineyard to wine — while discovering how modern architecture, sustainable practices, and skilled winemaking are shaping the future of Dão wines.
