Cooking Workshop (EN)

Come and participate in our Cooking Workshop, a uni
que experience that combines wines, gastronomy and
tradition!

This special moment, lasting approximately 3h, begins
with a visit to our surrounding vineyard, the winery and
the aging room, where you can get to know the production processes of our wines up close.

Then we moved on to action! In the practical part of the
class, chef Miguel Vidal will guide you through the world
of regional gastronomy, sharing techniques and prepa
ring 7 creative and delicious recipes.

This workshop is designed for everyone, from beginners
to experienced cooks – here, everyone can learn, have
fun and perfect their skills.

Our approach values the authentic and traditional flavors
of regional cuisine.
During the class, you will prepare:
· 3 cold starters
· 3 hot plates
· 1 dessert

We use fresh and local products, respecting the seasons
and the unique character of our region, ensuring an experience rich in quality and flavor.

In addition, to harmonize the experience, you will have
the opportunity to taste 3 different Caminhos Cruzados
wines throughout the activity.

Our goal is to create a relaxed and welcoming environment, where you can gain confidence in the kitchen,
learn new techniques and take with you memories and
knowledge to apply in your day-to-day life.
